Host: Nyansa Tech Hub
A frank, moderated conversation about what Ghana’s tech sector skills gap actually looks like — from the perspectives of employers, HR professionals, educators, and young people trying to enter the market.
Discussion covers: the current shape of the gap, structural causes, the impact of AI and automation, and what would actually help young people break through.
